Today, students began a lab in which they test the effects of osmosis on gummy bears. Students wrote hypotheses, and recorded day 1 data. Tomorrow, everyone will record day 2 data and analyze and conclude. NOTEBOOK CHECKS tomorrow will include this lab, the cookie cell lab, and the cell colorings and function chart. Students also read about and took notes on active transport through a cell membrane.
